components below AND additional local events throughout the area.
The Wawarsing Wassail is always the first Saturday in December.
THE JOSHUA R. PETERS MEMORIAL ELECTRIC FIRE TRUCK PARADE
This year the magical electric fire truck parade will begin at 5pm, and the follow the route on the map to the left. Meet up is at Berme Road park at 4:30pm, with the parade kicking off at 5pm. You MUST pre-register in order to participate in the parade. Download the form below for more information.
THE HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTING
Following the parade (at approximately 6pm), join Village of Ellenville and Town of Wawarsing luminaries as we officially light the holiday tree in Liberty Square.
WINDOWS ON WAWARSING
Enter your business’ seasonal windows or lobby in our fun contest! Call the Chamber Office at 647-4620 to sign up for the FREE holiday decorating contest, with prizes for both decorated homes and businesses. And everyone is invited to patronize our great Wawarsing businesses and vote on your favorite decorations between now and December 14th. Voting link to follow.
